What this is — and isn't
Flood Insurance Data presents aggregate statistics compiled from public federal data for general information only. It is not insurance advice, not a quote, and not a substitute for FEMA's official flood maps or a licensed agent. Figures are place-level aggregates and never describe an individual property or policy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FEMA or any insurer.
Accuracy & no warranty
We work to reflect the source data faithfully and show each figure's source and date, but the data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Verify anything you rely on against the official source we link, and confirm your own situation with FEMA's Flood Map Service Center and a licensed insurance professional.
Reusing the data
The underlying figures come from public-domain U.S. government datasets and may be reused. If you cite this site, please credit "Flood Insurance Data" and note: "This product uses FEMA's OpenFEMA API but is not endorsed by FEMA."
